Her rise to prominence was marked by a pivotal moment when she was featured on a Food Network special, capturing the attention of audiences and industry insiders alike.

Shortly thereafter, one of her creations graced the cover of PEOPLE Magazine. A testament to her skill and popularity, Ana’s wedding cake was chosen by Today Show viewers nationwide, receiving over 110,000 votes during the segment “Today Throws a Wedding.” This marked the beginning of numerous television appearances.

Ana’s craftsmanship reached even greater heights when she delivered one of her most luxurious wedding cakes in the opulent setting of Dubai, an achievement spotlighted in Harper’s Bazaar Arabia. Her creations have been lauded by Brides Magazine as among The Most Beautiful Cakes in America, and she has been recognized as a Top Pastry Chef by Martha Stewart Weddings, as well as being named among the 100 Most Inspiring Industry Professionals by The Knot.

Notably, Ana was entrusted with crafting both the wedding cake and groom’s cake for the groundbreaking worldwide-live-streamed event, The Knot Dream Wedding, broadcast from Bryant Park, NYC.

Ana’s most ambitious and extravagant endeavor to date was the design and creation of a majestic 20-foot wedding cake embellished with thousands of intricately crafted sugar flowers, cascading from its summit, nearly reaching the towering 23-foot ballroom ceilings. This remarkable creation graced the “royal wedding” held at The Redrock Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ana’s opulent wedding cakes are consistently featured in leading bridal, lifestyle, and cake decorating publications both domestically and internationally, including Town & Country, BRIDES, Harper’s Bazaar, People, Forbes, The New York Times, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot, Bon Appetit, and many others.
